Otis Elevator is seeking a Service Supervisor for the Seattle, WA
branch. The successful candidate must have the ability to lead and
direct the performance of field operations for all maintenance and
contractual service. Areas of responsibility include field education
training, route control and scheduling, authorization of repair orders,
quality assurance and the customer, safety, technical support, and
expenditure of labor materials and other assets. Candidate must be a
strong proponent of REM, OMMS and an active participant in Otis EH&S
program.
High school education required, with an Associate or
Bachelor(`9s degree preferred. Elevator experience of greater than five
years desired.
Field experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent
communication skills and able to work in a highly team-oriented and
dynamic environment. Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to
manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must.
